Nue Line Consultants has originated from ‘Venkat Ranga Construction’ which has taken birth in late 1950’s and initially was part of Nagarjuna Sagar Dam construction, has also executed the prestigious Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad in mid of 1970‘s which has been the talk of the town project in the field of construction.

One other wing of parental company is ‘Geo -Technical services’ which is the biggest Soil Investigation Firm at present in South India established in the year 1987.

Scope of PMC:

Day to day construction management services for the RCC Structural frame, Masonry Work, Building Finishes, External Development works.

1) Making preliminary site visit along with you or your representative and obtain necessary inputs required for the progress of work according to the designs and drawings available.

2) We will be deploying the on Site Construction Management team right from the Excavation work. We shall deploy additional staff for finishes specialized in the respective fields

3) Proof checking is one of our specializations. Estimates & BOQ will be prepared for the total project before starting

4) Meeting with all Consultants for various systems and services, such as Structural, Architectural, MEP, Electrical, Sanitation, Water Supply to understand the design drawings and follow up with them during course of construction for any clarifications / deviations.

5) We will make sure Architectural design and drawings /working plans along with furniture layout, Flooring patterns, Li wells, staircase, External Elevation etc. are implemented as per design and drawings.

6) Work out a detail construction schedule for the work in consultation with client, all the contractors, agencies involved and also considering the master schedule of the project and monitoring the same regularly, update, and take corrective actions as required so as to complete the work in me.

7) Implement all Electro mechanical drawings, and coordinate the services works along with the civil and finishes agencies.

8) Certifying running account and final bills of contractors including analyzing extra items/claims of Agencies scrutinizing them and recommending for payments.

9) Valuate tenders of contractors, compare and submit assessment reports thereon, together with recommendation, including assigns client in the negotiations and evaluation.

10) Submit daily report, weekly report, monthly report with regard to work schedule and expenditure report along with graphical and pictorial representation showing the comparison with estimates.

11) Maintain checklist of each and every activity pertaining to cellar and individual flats.

12) Submit reconciliation of items consumed from me to me payment bills of labor contractors, Maintain record of overall expenditure of the project.

13) Material testing reports of all items will be maintained with regards to construction activities

14) Invite Contractors / Agencies in conjunction with client for all the trades, scrutinize, clarify queries, compare and submit assessment reports there on, together with recommendation, including assisting you in the negotiations and evaluation.

15) Visiting site and provide clarifications sought by contractors and if required modification to drawings, so as to ensure that the project proceeds on schedule, without necessity of any rework due to inadequate/improper details, and in accordance with the conditions of contract. We shall from me to me, certify that drawings are being correctly interpreted at site and the finishing is of acceptable quality and in case of adverse certification recommended the quantum of the payments of the contractor to be withheld until the defects have been rectified.
